Village of Sound Mind is a healing ecosystem rooted in liberation, cultural care, and collective wellness. Whether you're an individual on a journey, an organization ready to go deeper, or a community looking for a place to land?
You belong here.
Healing is not a destination. It is a practice—and this is where that work lives
Philicia Ross, LCSW-C (She/Her)
Soul-cial Worker and Professional Space Holder
I'm Philicia Ross, LCSW-C — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, speaker, facilitator, and community builder dedicated to making healing accessible, liberatory, and real.
For over a decade, I've held space for individuals, organizations, and communities navigating trauma, identity, and the weight of systems that were never built with us in mind. Through Village of Sound Mind, I create experiences — workshops, trainings, community gatherings, digital learning, and more — that meet folx where they are and move them toward alignment, authenticity, and freedom.
This isn't just a practice. It's a village.
